1. Data we process

When you submit a contact or proposal request we may process:

• Identity: full name
• Contact: email, mobile phone
• Business: company name, service interest, budget range, project description
• Technical: page URL, browser user-agent, UTM parameters
• Consent record and cookie preferences stored on your device

2. Purposes

We use this data to respond to your request, plan a strategy call, create a CRM record, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties. Analytics and advertising measurement run only if you accept those cookie categories.

3. Legal bases

Processing is based on steps prior to a contract (responding to your inquiry), legitimate interests (security, service quality), and consent where required — including the form checkbox and optional analytics/marketing cookies.

4. Recipients

Data may be shared with the AKOD team, our CRM (TCRM / Odoo at akod.tcrm.online), email infrastructure, hosting providers, and — only with consent — Google (GTM/GA4) and Meta (Pixel / Conversions API).

5. Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-on commercial relationship, and longer where the law requires. You can reset cookie choices by clearing site data.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK (and, where applicable, GDPR principles we apply in practice) you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and information about recipients. Contact iletisim@akod.tech. We may need to verify your identity.
